What type of regulatory annotations can I find?

Ensembl Regulation produces computational annotation of genomic regulatory elements in species of key importance to biomedical and agricultural research.

The different types of annotated regulatory features include promoters, enhancers, open chromatin regions (without evidence to classify as a promoter or enhancer) and CTCF binding sites. In addition, the location of Epigenetically Modified Accessible Regions (EMARs) is also provided.
